I purchased the Poikilo Orca knife from Penchetta which was at a price point the same as other companies/websites. It shipped very fast. I purchased it online later in the evening, it was processed the very next morning and arrived at door my door the day after that. Good packaging with a nice hand written note from the shop owner. Knife was in perfect condition with original knife pouch, microfiber cloth and Poikilo Velcro patches. They even included a complimentary bottle of knife lube with a honey scent that's made In-house... Impressive and appreciated in a day-in-age where good customer service is the exception instead of the "norm". It was nice to see from a humble and appreciative family owned business. They have a cool selection of knives and pens, some of which are not easy to come across. Most of it is competitively and fairly priced. The one slightly negative thing I will mention is that some of the Pro Tech knives and a few other knives they have for sale are slightly over priced. Granted, they are uncommon and harder to find knives, but still overpriced compared to some other websites with similar/same knives. Overall though, I would definitely buy from them again and I wish them success in their future.
