Penchetta Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

 

We are customers also and understand that sometimes things break or just don't tickle our fancy. We don't want a bunch of mean rules, we want to keep you as a customer for life, and hopefully a raving fan of Penchetta!

 

Returns for Defect

Reach out to us about returning your goodie and why or orders@penchetta.com so we can get you a shipping label. We stand behind our products and try everything possible to deal with the manufacturer so you don't have to.

Returns for Exchange

If it is within 30 days, you have the original packaging and everything looks good as new then no hassle. If there is user damage, lost packaging or it has been a while we will have to see what we can do. We might have a restocking fee or pro-rate the value depending on condition & packaging.

Refunds

It was your money and we want you to have it back, or at least as much as possible. Depending on item condition, reason for return and timeline we will pro-rate your refund (minus shipping).
