Visited Penchetta while on a business trip to Scottsdale, AZ. The crew was very welcoming and eager to talk shop about their extensive selection of auto, flippers and balisongs. They even introduced me to the wonderful world of MachineWise products, for which I am very grateful. I ordered Protech TR-3 and not only did the knife arrive in great condition, it even included a handwritten note saying it was nice to meet me at the shop. This kind of service is hard to come by these days and means a lot to me.
